The team lead is our number one customer. We will prepare with you, look at the data, walk through the design and ensure that you are well informed through every step of the process. You are paying us to challenge you though, so we will agree on the terms of that challenge before we start.

No. The best way to build trust and establish ways of dealing with conflict is through well-facilitated dialogue and looking at real team examples, rather than cheesy exercises. The whole 'fall back and teammates catch you' thing is definitely not for us. You'd never get a risk assessment pass for it anyhow.
