We have worked with lots of teams over the years. This means we've developed the skills of tuning in and developing rapport quickly. Having said that, often you need the right facilitator for the team and we are happy to offer you a choice of profiles to ensure the correct fit.
The team lead is our number one customer. We will prepare with you, look at the data, walk through the design and ensure that you are well informed through every step of the process. You are paying us to challenge you though, so we will agree on the terms of that challenge before we start.
Of course. The key areas we work on are alignment and dynamics within the team. We can make adjustments to the process, including content, timings, scheduling, and so on. We can also design you a complete bespoke team journey if you need it, including 1:1 coaching for team members.

No. The best way to build trust and establish ways of dealing with conflict is through well-facilitated dialogue and looking at real team examples, rather than cheesy exercises. The whole 'fall back and teammates catch you' thing is definitely not for us. You'd never get a risk assessment pass for it anyhow.
