We work with you in espresso sized sessions, concentrated and energising, whilst recognising on occasions you may need a longer session. A bit like an Americano (We realise we are stretching the metaphor). Just let us know when you'd like to chunk a few together to allow a more relaxed, deeper session when we might explore some of the beliefs you hold which drive current behaviours.
We know that in order for good things to happen you have to have chemistry with your coach. We set up with a 'no strings, no pressure' conversation to see whether it's going to work.

We will work with you to clarify and tidy up the exact area of focus. We'll agree measures of success and what a good return on coaching investment looks like.
We will look at the current reality: what you have tried already, the people, process and products which are either barriers or enablers to your success.
Holding a creative mindset we’ll discuss a range of ways of tackling your performance gap. We are experts in staying in this mindset and holding back the natural critic who says, “that’s not going to work!”
